{"id":9705,"date":"2020-05-27T11:09:49","date_gmt":"2020-05-27T09:09:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ayamm.org\/?p=9705"},"modified":"2020-05-27T11:09:53","modified_gmt":"2020-05-27T09:09:53","slug":"coronavirus-rop-collects-fines-for-various-violations-in-oman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ayamm.org\/en\/coronavirus-rop-collects-fines-for-various-violations-in-oman\/","title":{"rendered":"Coronavirus: ROP collects fines for various violations in Oman"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Muscat:<\/strong>&nbsp;Police headquarters of Al Dahirah Governorate has issued a number of fine notices against people for not complying with Supreme Committee decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Royal Oman Police said in a statement: &#8220;The violations include a fine against people for gathering in public places, not wearing masks in a public place, performing prayers in the mosques.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition shops found not complying with Supreme Committee decisions by opening shops have been fined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the new law issued by public prosecution, a fine of OMR 3,000 is applicable for a failure to close down commercial activities decided by the supreme committee, and a OMR 100 fine per person will be charged for participating in a gathering of more than five people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Muscat:&nbsp;Police headquarters of Al Dahirah Governorate has issued a number of fine notices against people for not complying with Supreme Committee decisions.
